WIW Roofing is proud to announce the recipient of our 2024 Veteran Roof Giveaway: Tracy Cooper, a decorated Air Force veteran whose life of service extends far beyond the battlefield. With the generous support of our partners—Owens Corning, Richardson Foundation, Beacon, Marsh, and Gutter Doctors—we are thrilled to provide Tracy with a new roof as a gesture of gratitude for his incredible contributions to our country and community.
Tracy’s Story of Service and Dedication
Tracy Cooper’s military career is marked by exceptional bravery and sacrifice. Serving in the Air Force, he completed 85 missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, flying injured soldiers from combat zones to safety in Ramstein, Germany. His dedication to his fellow service members was unshakable, and his commitment extended through multiple conflicts, including Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom.
After his military service, Tracy continued to serve his community as a civilian police officer. Today, as a stand-up comedian, he channels his passion for helping others in a new way. Known for his humor and generosity, Tracy loves to give back, making him the perfect recipient of this year’s Veteran Roof Giveaway.
The Roof Transformation
WIW Roofing, alongside our incredible partners, replaced Tracy’s roof with Owens Corning Sand Dune Durations shingles, known for their durability and aesthetic appeal. To complete the project, we installed Musket Brown Gutters, ensuring the roof not only looks stunning but also provides long-lasting protection.
This project would not have been possible without the support of Owens Corning, Richardson Foundation, Beacon, Marsh, and Gutter Doctors, who all contributed materials and expertise to make Tracy’s roof transformation a reality.
